The Mork Billy Third-Party License

1. What You Can Do

We love it when folks get weird in the holler. You are hereby granted permission to create and distribute your own content compatible with Mork Billy, including:

– Adventures, settings, monsters, items, rules, and supplements that use the Mork Billy game system.
– References to established places, people, or critters from the Mork Billy world.
– Anything that clearly states it’s “Compatible with Mork Billy” or “Billy-Ready” (we see you).

2. What You Can’t Do

Now hold your horses. You may not:

– Use our art, logos, maps, or graphics unless we say otherwise.
– Reproduce tables, charts, or text directly from official Mork Billy products.
– Claim or imply that your product is official, endorsed by, or made by the Mork Billy creators unless you’ve got a signed deal.
– Use the name “Mork Billy” in your title; only in a subtitle or descriptor like “Compatible with Mork Billy.”

3. Credit Where Credit’s Due

Please include this, and the logo above, on your product somewhere obvious (like the back cover or credits page):

“This product is an independent creation and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the creators of Mork Billy.
Mork Billy is © Mork Billy. Used with permission under the Mork Billy Third-Party License.”

4. Don’t Be a Jerk

We reserve the right to revoke this license if you do something truly awful: hateful content, plagiarism, or trying to sell snake oil as holy water.

5. Legal Mumbo Jumbo

You own your work. We own ours. Everyone keeps their boots clean and their copyrights intact.
